Very disappointing experience! Food was not fresh ( fish) and wait staff was horrible. View of ocean was beautiful and only positive thing about the whole experience !
My Family has been going to Jimmies for more than 50 years. We have celebrated birthdays, graduations, and gone there just because. The food hasn't always been consistent, but that isn't always just the reason you choose to go to celebrate. We have had small and large parties there. Very very disappointed. 4 generations of life long Jimmies customers were treated rudely and turned away after making a reservation weeks ago and re-confirming with the hostess/manager a few days ago. We were a party of 20 celebrating a 60th Birthday and 4 other August family birthdays. Discrimination at its worse!! Shame on you Jimmies and shame on your staff. Below is a review my wife and I left for Yelp! Our experience at Jimmies of Savin Rock has slowly degraded but today reached its tipping point. For anyone that has come across a so called owner/manager by the name of Lisa, she has lied to you and misrepresented Jimmies. All the staff very friendly and courteous. Jessica very nice waitress, always smiling, very friendly. Portions were large and very good. It was worth the 11/2 hour drive, looking forward to going back. Excellent views of the ocean and cool looking at all the pictures of the history on the walls.
I will always love this place. I always get a great meal whenever I visit, The best!!
