I hadn't been to Jimmies since I moved away from CT in 2005, but came back on vacation and the place was a special as I had remembered. The food was fantastic, the service was incredible, and the view amazing. So many times in life we think back on restaurants and other activities and idealize them as being better than they actually were. Treated my friend to a real West Haven lobster roll, it was superb!
Love this place, continues to have the best fried seafood around. Been goin here since I was a kid an never disappointed!
I had a nice evening at Jimmies with family. It's at a great location on the beach. The restaurant was clean and the food was very good. Overall good experience; I'd definitely go back.

Wait was 30min, but got a table in 15! Waters came out as soon as we were sat, ordered our bottle of wine, was out in a snap. Orderd the corn seafood chowder and it was delicious! Our fried platter was perfect ") i been coming here for years and had my ups and downs with jimmies...but they definitely picked up on there service and food! Definitely will be back again!
