My son took his car in that he had purchased from them a year ago-it was making some noise. Jim Winter told him his rotors were warped and all brakes needed to be replaced for $800. My son took elsewhere and was told back brakes had 95% life left, and only front brakes needed replaced. Cost him $300 and the problem is fixed completely. I feel as Jim Winter was trying to take advantage of him
Called Saturday, had a problem with my car. Steve in the body shop told me to come right in and they will take care of me. 30 mintues later car fixed and they even washed my car. Everyone there was very Friendly. I will be going back. "A Great Big Thank You Steve!"
In January I bought my Terrain from Mark Bradshaw. He was fantastic and the Service Crew was great with getting my DVD player repaired. I have bought a lot of vehicles but this dealership was by far the best.
Had some work done in the body shop. Excellent service and the car was finished very quick. The front end looks like new after my wife hit a deer.
I can't think of a better place to buy a new Cadillac. Everyone was very helpful and I got a great deal. I already know the service department is first class so I think I am going to be very happy.
