Very poor experience overall. They would not try to work with us when trying to buy a vehicle. Asked to see different options was instantly told they didnt have anything when at the beginning they said they had more we could look at. It felt like they didnt have time for us. I guess $30,000 is not enough to buy a vehicle from them. You are better off going somewhere else where the staff will give you a time of day.
Cold, rude, unhelpful customer service. I do not recommend.
Had truck for 2 months. Messed it up every more than it was. Had it painted black. Looks brown. Now they want me to come take my truck. Not working. No head light blinker. Tail lights or anything. Tried to offer me 3 grand for my truck. Don’t ever use them

As we have discussed, we have worked diligently with your insurance company and the installer on your aftermarket LED light system and you have refused the reasonable solution proposed by State Farm and threatened to do property damage to your loaner and to our building property. Any potential customers desiring more information about this review may inquire in person. Before and after pics on this 220,000 mile rehab will be posted shortly, along with disclosures made about rehabbing rusted panels.
RecommendedCan't recommend the body shop enough needed some work done to my only vehicle. Art moehn said it would be another week just to look at it Jim Winter got me in same day got the car back in less than a week and most of that time was waiting on parts. Highly recommend.
Had been looking for a new truck and Jim Winter had the exact one I was looking for. Did the click.buy.drive process online and called to confirm my appointment to purchase the truck the same afternoon. Was told by Tony the truck would be ready and that Norm would be my salesman I'd be meeting with. I drove 1.5 hours to Jackson only to be told by Norm when I arrived ..."oh sorry, we sold that." Had the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had with Rich from Jim Winter AG. He helped me get into a 2020 GMC Sierra Denali and my fiancé get into a 2020 Cadillac XT6 Sport. We absolutely loved the entire process and service we received. Will be repeat customers for sure!

highly recommend..staff was wonderful .my car broke down and needed fixed no one else could get it.. called jim winters and they could.even arranged towing looked at it right away to try to fix but while I and grandaughter waited we got hungry so they shuttled us to a nerby resteraunt to eat and picked us back up . got me into a loaner ..thought they would have longer but the service tech stayed late to finish and got car back next day even washed ..
