I spoke with a salesman this am, inquired about a price, let him know I was not interested in test drive until I knew price. He stated he would be right back, 15 mins later I went inside only to find he was now taking phone calls. He looked at me told me he still didn't know the price, but I really needed to drive it. Not sure what's up with Jim Winters service dept. Spoke with Jamie and even though they couldn't fix my car because of lack of parts. I went to pick it up and I'm waiting because of paperwork. Jamie went home and nobody else knows what's going on.
Love Jim Winter team. My family has been going here for years. This was the place my Dad trusted to take care of his 3 daughters when it came to cars and I personally LOVE using them even as an adult! I bought my latest car through them. Love the sales (Richie) and service (RJ and Steve) guys and Tonya and Matt in service were so kind as well. They are accessible, friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to get me a good deal and great care. I highly recommend! #JimWinter
Good sales staff, which means Great Deals, Very Good Service Department and Staff, which means your vehicle is in and out at the time it was promised. Over the last 35 to 40 years our family has purchased more that 20 vehicles from the Jim Winter Auto Group for the above stated reason.
They always take excellent care of my family. Have never had a problem that wasn't fixed.
