The staff in the auto body department went above and beyond in customer service. Provided me with a rental vehicle. Gave me step by step updates. Made the entire process smooth and stress free! Thank you so much for the excellent service! I was very pleased!

We purchased a used vehicle at Jim Winter, and had to take it back twice because it needed new shocks. Their service department claimed there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. We ended up taking it to another service center....the rear shock was totally blown apart when they removed it.
My husband took his truck there to be fixed because it was constantly going into slow-mode. After 2 visits and over $1200, it still wasn't working. The mechanic cut off the wiring under the dash and jury rigged a supposed fix. We took it to Frank Beck Chevrolet in Hillsdale. They fixed it the first time and for less than half what Jim Winter charged. Won't go back there again!
Friendly staff. Very helpful, and provided excellent service, and a smooth transaction purchasing our Cadillac. Would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.
