I have never been to a dealership service department with people like RJ Howell and Steve Billingsley who were very friendly, honest about my car's issues and took the time to make sure that I understood everything that was happening throughout the repair. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Jim Winter-Richie Peck. The service group and Sales is the Best not sure why anyone would go anywhere else. Sad to see Richie Retire but they have a lot of Great sales people. We are extremely happy with our new 2017 cadillac xt5. Great place
