Lack of communication in service dept which caused so much confusion in what I came to that dealer for
They cannot do the simplest of things. I had an oil change and tire rotation. They did not do the tire rotation and they did a poor job on the oil change to a point which I had to replace the engine. Then one of the service employees kept hanging up on me.

Awful customer service for parts and service. I just wanted to have one tiny thing looked at on my car (which was "fixed" here 3 years ago" the woman on the phone was short, rude, and had 0 customer service skills. I would love to be contacted to discuss everything. GET YOUR HONDA FROM ENTERPRISE
