I visited here today because I received a letter in the mail on doing a trade in. I’ve never been here before so I decided to give a try. Hutto was the salesman that came to me . He never invited me and my child nor my parents inside. He only took a look at my car with a minor windshield crack and a cracked side bumper and started saying there was nothing they could do. Yesterday me and Suki went to Jim Skinner Honda in Dothan to look at a new car after standing in the parking lot in the heat for about 30 mins no one came out to ask if they could help us then we went inside and we were avoided like the plague a salesman walked by us as we were talking about wanting to buy a new car he looked at us and kept walking. So then we go to Sam Boswell Honda in Enterprise and get the same treatment. Then to Bondys Toyota and they were GREAT!!! So Toyota it is. I will never buy a Honda!!!🤮

Great experience when buying car. Bought 14 Accord hybrid as CPO. It's been a Great car...however go to trade it in and found out it was wrecked before I bought it. Now it's worth less as a trade. they got their money

I took my Odyssey in for a recall repair, the service department staff were pleasant and courteous. They gave me an estimated time of completion & it was ready before the time they anticipated. Not only did they fix the recall, but the service technician also replaced my tag screws & an issue with my tag light without being asked. I was very impressed & will definitely return to Jim Skinner Honda for future services.
