To make a long story short: my 2015 Honda Odyssey had transmission issues but it ended up being a software update needed. This was a defect of the car so it was free. However, my battery died there when it was in the shop. They couldn’t cover that for me but promised a one-day reimbursement for having to rent a car for 4 days due to this situation.
