Outstanding! It was a pleasure working with Shannon. He was very knowledgeable & helpful, answered all our questions, and we did not feel under pressure for anything. He took time to make sure we were comfortable with everything before purchasing and driving the car off the lot. Awesome experience Absolutely wonderful. I didn't even drive up to Lapeer for anything. Scott provided me the chance to drive the Durango I was interested in, staff picked up my previously jeep for assessment, and then even drew up paperwork ready for me to sign, once Scott came to my home.
