Was the Dentist able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? Absolutely Does this Dentist have a good reminder system about cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments? Great Do you feel like this provider's office is well staffed? Definitely Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Many times when I have an appt. I feel as if they think they are paying me for the service(am I the client?) or do they beleive they are the client. Their first, second, and third priority is that I not miss an appt., and they get paid. My dental care is somewhere down the priority list. My family and I started with Dr. Dobbs over 20 years ago. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new
