I spoke with the salesperson, Chad, twice. Then I called to say we’re we on the way to see the white Acadia. We drove 32 miles. When we arrived he passed us on to another salesperson without telling him what we came to see. The next salesperson walked us all the way over to the Acadia without the key. After waiting for him to go and get the key, the Acadia would not start. At that point, my husband and I realized that this was not the place for us. We decided to leave.
