Very responsive and sent me information requested as promised promptly. Had a swift followup but chose another car at a different dealership
Very helpful and answered all my questions in a prompt and fast manner. Couldn’t make a deal on the vehicle because of price. Was too high for a vehicle with high miles that you could not get a warranty for. I went somewhere else and bought a vehicle with lower miles at a better price. They were nice and courteous would have dealt with them had the price been right.

I had THE WORST experience at Toyota of McDonough! I went to Toyota of McDonough as a first time car buyer and it was an absolute nightmare from the moment we walked through the doors. We drove an hour to see the vehicle and when we got there the sales people would not let us see the car for an hour because they lost the keys and lied to us about what was going on and why we couldn't see the car. In my email I asked 3 specific questions about this car. I was contacted by email and answered by Teara that she would get me the information I requested. The next day I received a sales video presentation ( by a different person ) of this car in which none of my questions were addressed. I sent another email to the initial contact pointing this out - no reply. Guess I wasn't the customer they were looking for ?
