Terrible, I was lied straight to my face multiple times during the buying process, they told me that 7k was too low to finance, never heard of such a thing.

Contacted the dealer. Three different people were either calling, texting, or emailing but when responding, no one would respond and then after three days they responded and said unfortunately the vehicle was no longer available but wanted to know if I was interested in any other vehicles. Too many people involved and lack of communication let the vehicle get away.

I really liked the 2020 Tacoma but the price was a little too high for this truck at the time I inquired. If it drops some more I will pursue it again.. The salesman was very helpful in keeping me informed I appreciate his help.
