This dealership has poor and arrogant sales team. I took test drive and felt Price is higher than what I expected in that particular car. so I expressed l my affordable best range and inability to pay what they say. Instead of saying “ we do not accept your offer” salesman and his manager asked me, what did you think to come here? They were trying to show that I wasted their time to take a test drive. That was rude!!

I met the wrong salesman, thus I bought the car. He was just about the money. I have to drive back to twice to take care of some of the things he could had done. I think he don't know what he is doing or he treat people the way he sees you. I think Toyota McDonough is the great place, but have the wrong guy who I did business with. No customership training he have
