Easy enough to deal with but they quoted me a price higher than the advertised price on cargurus.com so I declined the deal they offered.

I reserved the car that was interested in to drive it that didn’t say that they can sell it if I don’t come in right away so I went in on my convenience couple hours later and a car was under contract so always extremely disappointed and very very upset so I probably will stay away from Using this particular location or chain sales reps or sales agent because this is unacceptable Had I known I would’ve come in and secured that vehicle in anyway I can. Alex (salesperson) responded right away and was very helpful. I went to the dealership to see this car and another one like it. Salespeople were great but the cars were pretty rough, especially to be 2022's. The seats were stained and the fabric was worn and the interior just felt gross. The website said NON-Smoker, but one of the cars had a hole burned in the seat and the other car reeked of pot! Maybe this is normal when looking at a used car, I have previously just purchased new. The dealer would not accept a pre-approved BA auto loan that was already approved, but wanted to run another credit check claiming that my credit was locked due to a fraud. Not sure how they got the information and BA was able to run the same credit check to approve their auro loan. The sales person was not helpful and when I contacted another sales person, she refused to call me back after asking me to wait ten minutes and she would call me. Oh well, it is my money.
