The service was excellent, Even offered a loaner!
Had a serious problem with my 2007 Jaguar XK convertible. They fixed it promptly, lent me some sort of Land Rover while it was being repaired. Upon returning to the dealership I thought about trading it in on a new XE. I had a very positive experience. They even let me drive the car to my house (about 45 miles away) to let my wife try it out. We both returned the next day and finalized the deal. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH JIM COLEMAN CAR DEALERSHIPS. A very long story short, my new car was taken for joyrides totaling 150 miles while in the dealership's possession for service including after business hours and the dealership refused to be a customer advocate.
