First of all, I'd like to thank Sam for helping me above and beyond of getting this sick red F-Type S, and I absolutely fall in love with the color combination of this car. My new ZE has been to the service department twice. The service (air in tires & DEF fill) and service manager was excellent. I will be back!
Hire mechanics who know how to fix Jaguars. I had my 2010 XF at your service depart. for 4 weeks last month and after charging me over $1400 to find out why the TPMS fault was coming on, they said it was a USB appliance in my cigarette lighter receptacle. They had replaced a number of parts all of which didn't take care of the problem. I drove off that day after paying $1400 where all I had to do is unplug the USB device, the engine light went on. Very poorly. Not pleased at all. First bad experience in 12 years at this location.
Great experience. I purchased a new Jaguar XE in 2017. The sales person, Larry Seiler, very friendly, knowledgeable and really looked out for my interest. The vehicle has been serviced twice since then with no issues.
If anyone at the dealership see this, please STOP sending me emails about my new Jaguar. I never bought one. I have repeatedly asked you to stop sending the emails and you won’t. It is becoming harassment at this point.
