Service was excellent and done in the specified time frame
Brand new Velar with 2000 miles and both displays are out. Jim Coleman told my wife it will be 2 weeks before they can look at it if she wants a loaner. So in other words drive your 70k premium suv for 2 weeks with no heat, no defrost, no way to change anything at all? That is a big safety issue and unacceptable. Heading in person today to talk with a manager.
The car is great but the service is horrible. Phone calls are not returned even when to the manager of the dealership. Any time we have needed anything from the dealership as far as service it has been a nightmare. Because of the horrible service I will go back to buying Lincolns in the future.
Great service. Was able to drop my F Pace off for a software update and pick up a loaner. Few days later my car was back to me in tip top shape. I live an hour away from the dealership, the service and friendly people are what keep bringing me back.
Very pleased with the purchase of our Jaguar F-Pace R Sport in October 2016. Just brought it into the dealership for its first checkup. Staff was courteous and responsive to our requests. They had it 4 days which we expected. We were offered a loaner but didn't need one. Service staff did an excellent job in fixing one of the rims which was damaged. Luckily, we had purchased the rim and wheel policy. Well worth it. Highly recommend this dealership.
My third and last one from dealership. Chris Smith, general mgr., couldn't care less about you, wants you to let him know if you have problems, bad and false info, full price on new F pace, low trade on F type, etc. No contact.
I bought a Jaguar F-Pace from Steffan Petersen. He was VERY helpful during the sale and even after. I had a small problem with my interior light which he handled for me responsibly and professionally. I am very pleased with my car and the dealership!
I love my new Jaguar XE and West Columbia Jaguar/Land Rover were great! I purchased my car and then left town for a long trip two days later, so I haven't gotten much chance to drive the car since I purchased it. But now I've spent two or three days in it, and it drives like a dream! Completely besotted with my Jaguar and wondering why it took me so long to buy one! Enjoyed my sales associate Steffan, too!
