The service I received was absolutely terrible. I even tried to contact the GM about my issue and I never got a return call. It would be wise to use some other dealership. My next Jaguar won’t be from this business.👎
This place needs an overhaul of nearly everyone there. It feels like a part time, mickey mouse run dealership where nobody cares about the customer after they sign the contract.

Outside of having a phenomenal sales team everything else at this dealership is terrible. The service team does not return calls. Purchased a Discovery Sport 2 years ago and it was a lemon. Got the Jaguar F-Pace and the check engine light is always on. Next time will stick with Lexus.
This jag agency is my go-to place .. I've tried others and was sadly disappointed but Len Coleman's service department is all about customer satisfaction.
