Scott in the service department was excellent today helping me with a headlight issue! Was able to take me in same day and get my problem fixed. Bonus car shaped cookie and bottle of water waiting for me in my car after u checked out!
I occasionally come here for specialty parts, and I used to come more often for diagnosis or repair. I stopped because more often than not every person I talk to knows absolutely nothing about a Mazda RX-8. I recently had a sales person in the parts department argue with me and tell me, "That's not how that(rotary engine)works." So I went somewhere else and got the part I needed and installed it myself and solved all my problems. I really wish there were some knowledgeable and experienced people working here.
