Very disappointed in the maintenance for life. Took our Jeep in and they indicated wouldn’t honor their maintenance for life contract unless we purchased tires - of course they just happened to be having a tire promotion- it sure seems like their service guys are bonused on whatever they can upsale. We will definitely not purchase from Jim Click again- would much rather purchase from an ethical company.

Our 2016 Miata that we bought has been NOTHING but issues. Jim Click and Mazda can make it right, by replacing our Miata with a new one, or I'll have to grab an attorney and they can pay the court costs, fees, their lawyers fees, my lawyer fees and then still replace the car. All of this has been documented on my end, and Mazda USA is tracking. They aren't happy... and neither am I.
Hate is a little strong, they told me the parts were in to change out my recalls on my 2007 cx7
Trying to by parts for a 2009 Mazda5. First time was told spark plugs were 117.00. My wife had called east side location and was told 68.00. I was very confused by the difference in price so i called back to this location (Auto Mall). Now the spark plugs were 70.00. It happened again with the serpentine belt, and A/C belt. I dont trust them. Try calling them yourself and you will see
Changed my oil on my 2011 Mazda at this dealership and now less than 5,000 miles later the car blew up because the oil plug was not tightened properly. They will accept no blame. They are claiming that some stranger maliciously crawled under this very small car while it was parked and loosened the plug. It is garaged and driven to work where it is parked in a gated area.
