Jourdan at the service department knows me by name. He always takes excellent care of my car and of me personally. We love our Subaru and feel like we practcally drive it for free with the oil changes and tire rotations.

I'm from Tennessee and my Subaru lost its oil plug on the interstate and was basically refused service because They were closing at 1:00. Was told I'd have to wait until Monday. Not being from here that wasn't an option. Was extremely disappointed that you couldn't offer any help. That is not the type of service I'm use to from my Subaru dealership.
Made an appointment for a test drive, and gave him the vin#. When I got there, he couldn't find the car thought they might have sold it the day before. Offered me way less for my trade than other dealerships. Price on the paper was higher than price advertised on internet. Sent email and many texts asking for clarification. Took them hours to respond. So i decided to get another quote. Glad they drug their feet because I got a better deal at another dealership.
Love my 2015 Outback! They have been absolutely fabulous to work with! Great people. Stan is the man! Go see him!
The service department was great! Good customer service, they all had a sense of humor, and took great care of my "baby". Love my Subu and pleased with my experiences at Jim Burke.
