We purchased an Outback from Burke in 2015. Service department is great. I am however very disappointed with a scam the sales department ran last month via email. They offered a fifty dollar gift card if I come in for a test drive. Afterward, no one at the dealership knew how to secure a gift card for me. We drove an hour to be here. We arrived 15 minutes before our service appointment. After 3.5 hours in the waiting room, my husband went to try to find some information. They are still "working" on our car. This is the 1st update we have had on our car and my husband had to search around to find someone that knew anything about it. Cherie England was great. She was so patient with us as we thought through the car we wanted. She was not pushy. Cherie is top notch. We love Subaru vehicles especially the Forrester. It is superior in visibility and seems safer than most vehicles. Love the new bells and whistles that Cherie was so patient in teaching us.
