Jim Burke always let you know how long your waiting time going to be so you want have to wait to long. Also if anything wrong they come and explain the problem

If you need a new car.... go see Ron Williams. He was nice, attentive, and patient. I told him what I was looking for and he provided. He didn’t try to talk me into something that I didn’t want and he showed and gave me a great deal. I recommend them to anybody
Took my truck to be serviced only to find out it takes a certified mechanic 2 hours to replace fuel filters. I have done this my self in 30 minutes. The air filter takes 5 minutes to replace took an hour. I will not return to Jim Burke Dodge.
Everything was explained to me up front. Staff was great and even had a loaner car provided as there were multiple recalls to be taken care of plus regular maintenance. Thanks for making it all so smooth. Thank You Chuck for getting this all done.
