WOW! Chad took care of my elderly folks. They picked out everything via online pics. I called and spoke with Chad. He had everything done by the time my folks arrived to sign papers. 30 mins!!! THATS IT! Is that a record? Took longer to explain and set up cool gadgets. My parents last experience at another dealership was 8 hours! Ridiculous! The entire team was awesome. THANK YOU CHAD!

My son and I went to Jim Bass Mazda to look at the CX5. His friend and car salesman, Mark Smith, was there to answer all my questions. I drove three different models of vehicles and was really happy with the CX5. The ride is quiet and responsive. There was one in Soul Red with parchment leather interior. Exactly what I wanted. Jim Bass service department is the slowest I’ve ever seen. Their service representatives are rude and unhelpful. Will never buy another vehicle from Jim Bass Ford.
Great experience buying my F150 from Jim Bass. Corey Wright was my sales person and he was awesome! He was very professional, listened to what I was wanting in a vehicle and worked hard to get me everything asked for. Will definitely be back for any other vehicle needs I may have!
