Service department was awesome. Had to have a recall repaired and other repairs done to my vehicle. When I got to dealership my rental was ready and all paperwork ready to be signed. Highly recommend Jim Bass Dealership.
Went by Jim Bass Nissan to schedule my Titan for warranty repair of the power steering system. Truck is still under manufactures warranty. I was told they cannot work on my truck because it is a diesel. they said I would have to drive 90+ miles to another dealership. Never have I had this kind of issue with nissan. It's a sad day when a nissan dealership refuses to work on a Nissan product under warranty. I habe submit a complaint with nissan corporate.
These guys put me at ease with any questions or concerns I had. My salesman Ricky Santillan was great!I enjoyed the experience and will be sure to let my friends know about the dealership and Ricky whenever they are wanting a new car!
