I’ve been using Jim Bass for the past 9 years to service my 2009 Altima. Always prompt, courteous service so that’s where I went to look for a new car. No I don't Last time my car was in the shop they kept it 2 weeks and didn't touch it. I went back an inquired about my car and they put it in the shop that day . Biggest joke ever . I even had an appointment the day I took it to them...

The customer service and personnel are excellent! They contacted me right away after I requested information on the car I wanted, and I was driving away in my new Mazda less than 24 hours later.
