RecommendedWe are from out of town. We found the car we wanted on line. The salesman contacted us and had everything ready when we got there. All we had to do is sign the paperwork and drive. They made it very easy.
I have not had good service within the service department! After a month I still do not have a repaired vehicle and I do not receive any communication unless I call in! I could write a book - and almost have - about this BIG PROBLEM!! I do not know why I am without a vehicle that I have been paying for an extra service warranty on it! I bought a new CX9 from about a 50 days ago. I am a retired 100% disabled vet that traded in my 2019 Toyota 4Runner for this vehicle because of its Safety Features/reviews and to accommodate my disabilities.
