I went to all american chevrolet and had a horrible experience !!! They were so pushy !! Then I went to Jim bass Ford and told them what happen and they were amazing helping me pick the perfect car and in my budget !!!! I fell in love with my new Mazda ��� THEY ARE AMAZING !!!
Great service and Patrick was the best! Needed a tire replacement and he was superb in handing everything!

I did not buy my car from Jim Bass Ford. However, I have had to use their service department twice. The first time was because the shady place I bought it from would not even do their due diligence and refused to help even though it would not have even cost them a dime. The second time was today. Today one of the young men in the service dept not only got my vehicle fixed back up but also bestowed a kindness that he certainly did not have to. We are sorry you feel you were overcharged, the labor time comes from the Motors book and the parts are priced from Ford. We charge everyone fairly, but we understand it's frustrating when repairs are costly. Not the Jim Bass Ford of old...leadership has lead them to the "dark-side" of automobile dealerships. I have bought many automobiles at Jim Bass but no more. Don't give up your keys for an appraisal.
