The worst experience possible trying to buy a truck here. The salesman "Dusty" was not very knowledgeable about ford products. We were committed to a new ford truck and our salesman.. if yoi can call him that.. stated "our manager is tied up, go ahead and come back.. i will call you back when we run all the numbers." So trusting we left.. when we came back the truck we had set ourselves to was sold. Yes sold! They do not honor there agreements I will never purchase a vehicle from the again
A company that truly treats both their employees and their customers like family. Jim Bass is a dealership that people go to get all their automotive needs taken care of. From Sales to Service, Parts, Body Shop needs and everything in between. Not only because they know that they are getting the best deal, but because when you go to Jim Bass you are given excellent customer service. What I thought was going to be a lot of trouble ended up being the most PAINLESS thing I've ever done. I chose a vehicle and got in and out of finance in no time at all. My salesperson, Eric Rocha, was great, and our finance guy, Amadeo Morales, was SO helpful! I will definitely tell all my friends and family that Jim Bass Cars & Trucks is the place to go! P.S. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new Altima!!!
