Service department could use training I've been to plenty of dealerships to know good customer service this place not one of them.
What a Rip Off.. This Service Department is something else.. I caught them in Numerous lies my last visit.. I will not be going back! After reading the reviews and another person suggested Ivey Ford and i figured it was worth a try.. They got me in next day and had my truck finished in a few hours.. Jim Bass said nothing was wrong with my truck and they drove it a long distance (it was drove .8 miles while they had it) and didnt notice anything wrong.
