We shopped 10 different dealers in the Clear Lake area. We found the exact car we were looking for at Jim Bass Dealership in San Angelo. We flew into Midland and Joe Israel, our dealer, picked us up from the airport in his personal truck and drove us the two hours to San Angelo. We found the entire purchasing experience beyound wonderful. We drove the 7 hours home that evening. Joe and all the people at Jim Bass are a pleasure to work with. We will definitely consider buying our next vehicle there . Great job guys!!

Top notch! Jareth Boggs helped me into my new Ford Lariat. Saw the vehicle online, emailed them, Jareth had the truck up front when I drove up. Gave me a great deal on my trade in and an excellent price on a great truck! Glad I drove to San Angelo (90 miles from home) to check this out! Was a great experience. I highly recommend them!

This was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I made an online inquiry about a new F150 and was contacted back within 15 minutes! Adam Tiner was my sales person and he went above and beyond including delivering my vehicle from San Angelo to Odessa. I was able to get the exact vehicle that I wanted and in the price range that I wanted. The majority of my deal was done online and by text and this saved alot of time. Clint Adams! Such a great salesman, patient, kind and knowledgeable of cars! After spending almost ALL saturday at the dealership with him, taking him through several different cars and changing my mind last minute - he never was rude or impatient! We were in a pinch for transporting our travel trailer due to our own truck being in an accident. Chris DeLong was very patient and helped answer all the questions and concerns I had on towing capacity even when I went back 3 times. They also worked with us on getting the payment where we needed it to be. Thank you so much for your kind and patient help! The truck is wonderful!

None of them were good employees, half were driving the gold carts around and weren’t doing anything and the other half were just talking to each other in front. A bunch of the car/trucks are dirty and ain’t even clean! Bad customer service!
