We waited about 7 years to buy a vehicle because of the whole dealership issue. Jim Bass Ford made us believers again!! Fantastic inventory, great salesman (Domingo), fair price on new Escape and got decent deal on trade-in. Loved the entire experience .....we will be back!

My husband and I have been looking at SUV’s and trucks for a few weeks. Jim Bass had both vehicles we’ve been looking for!!! They even stayed 2 hours late to get the deal done same day! Did this deal on the internet. Worked with Todd Parker and Joe Israel. Can't say enough good about them. Gave me the best deal for my F-350 and most for my trade. Even though I had to drive from Houston to get it, I'd do it again. Thanks to both of these gentlemen and the dealership.

I was looking to trade in my Fusion for a SUV. Mike Smith was extremely helpful showing me the different sizes of SUV's and test driving. They have wonderful young people to show you all the technology. It doesn't take you all day to buy a car at Jim Bass, they have it down so well.
