what kind of Ford dealership tells a customer they need to ask management's permission to work on a Ford? I went to their service department to get an issue looked at when i was a 12hr drive from home, the best they could offer me was to not even look at it until the next day, and said that given my car is a 99 they would have to ask permission to even look at it when they did get the time. Unfortunately we do not have any control over parts the manufacturers stop making. Parts for a vehicle nearing 20 years old are very difficult to find in any brand. I do have a lot of experience throughout my career in this matter. When repairs are made on an older model vehicle the parts used are aftermarket. Our dealership will only install Ford Authorized Parts and this excludes us from certain repairs on older models. We do however (and did ) offer the names of reputable and capable independent shops in the area to help ... read more

David did what no other salesman could had a jeep was upside down on was told by 5 different dealers no way i could trade it David said let him try he did 2 weeks latter left the jeep with Jim Bass and Drove home in my New Ford F150. Im family now to Jim Bass and David is my man. If you have been told no give David a call. Jim Bass Everyone has 5 stars from me

Traded in our car for a Ram 1500 and it has been in the shop non stop since we have had it. Jim Bass was very unprofessional when referring another service department. As a customer, I don’t need to know your beef with another dealership. The comments made were very unnecessary. I was never notified about my plates being available for pick up until I asked myself.
