Jill is insightful and knowledgeable about the current housing market. We were able to list our house at a fair and competitive price point. She was attentive, timely, and thorough throughout the entire process. We never had to wait to have our questions asked. 🏡🎊👸🏻 Jill is the best! She is super on top of everything and always responsive. Helped us find a house in this crazy market that was 1. in our budget ( which was not very high) 2. In less than a month (because our lease was ending) 3. that met all of our needs (three bedroom, single family home, 2 car garage, Naperville schools, etc) Jill will talk to neighbors for you, recommend people to get work done, and set you up for success.
