Worst experience ever. $90 for an oil change. Horrible customer service. Ask a question and the guy has an attitude. Do not go here unless you want to be bs’d and ripped off
my son brought his car here. $86 for an oil change. they pushed different things on him too. Who changes the caps on the tires for filling air? and what business takes advantage of a 17 year old? they pushed more expensive oil on to him even when I told him what to tell them to use. I will never take any of my vehicles to this horrible place.
We took our sons truck in to get an oil change so it was ready for when he got home, they talked us into a flush of the coolent system and less than a hour later the truck overheated. Took it back to them and they said it had a bubble in the coolent they put back in so put 3 or 4 more quarts in. Now the truck is over heating every few miles. Absolutely the worst place to go. The wife and I love Gerald's tires and other places cause sometimes they don't even charge you if the problem is small. The manager is a dickhead and needs to remember customer service is all kinds, not just anything to do with money. Never going here. With a speedee down the road, and other places around town, just drive a bit further and save yourself a headache
