Went back to Firestone Complete Auto Care and yup oil change and filter just under $60. Stay away from Jiffy Lube they swindled my wife into paying $111 after a “coupon” and corporate could care less as could the district manager Fred S. This was the old trolley rd location
Sent me a coupon that morning through email and went in to redeem and they said it was expired. The date clearly showed expiration of 2 days later. Would not honor coupon. Received the same coupon again 2 days later. Bait and Switch. Not happy.
The guy who was helping me mumbled the whole time and I had to ask him if he needed information bc I was not in the system. When I got back to the store he quoted me a different price and was contradicting himself and then blamed it on men I will not ever go back to Jiffy Lube. Was not happy with the service or customer service. Very disappointed
NEVER go here, you will walk out pissed off with half of your day gone!
