$100 for full synthetic. The technician was eating a burger or breakfast sandwich in my car. One day after service , I noticed a fresh grapefruit size oil spot in my driveway and oil splash on the oil filter and undercarriage. Now, two days after service ($100 mind you), I am 3/4 of a quart low. WTH? I Could not be more disappointed in this location.
I smell smoke and yesterday evening GOD reminded me, I had oil change 8/23 (1st one since purchase of car). I proceeded to tell my husband, he checks & THERE'S NO OIL IN MY CAR. Guess where I was this morning... they find that they broke my gasket when they changed my oil causing the oil to drip onto my engine leaving my 5.9 requirement at 2 . The one gentleman was wonderful and would be the only reason I'd ever step back into the location, HOWEVER, the manager Charley, was so nonchalant so under trained in customer service ... read more
