A customer was not wearing a mask in the very small 10 x 10’ lobby. I asked the customer to please put a mask on, this customer was about 20 some years old he refused. I then ask the manager if he could please ask his customer in the waiting room to put a mask on and he told me, no he cannot do that, he offer me a chair if I wanted to wait outside with my mask on, and told me to stop harassing his customers. I actually checked into this place at 12:25, and exited 2 hours later after being told that 1) we changed your oil, but could not change the filter due to not being able to find the correct filter removal tool, 2) could not rotate your tires due to not being able to find the correct lug nut socket, 3) forgot to check the air pressure in your tires as specifically requested when I pulled in, and 4) did “not” reset my oil life indicator on the dash as the below invoice states. Came in for them to take off my winter tires and put on my regular tires. Left with a HUGE crack on my windshield. I pointed out that it wasn’t there when I came to them- but they just kept saying they “didn’t touch my windshield.” The photo doesn’t do it justice it’s about a 2ft long very distracting crack on my driver’s side. AND it took over 3 hours for the tire change.
Got oil changed there for years and always been bout 50ish dollars, this time they supposedly finished and said it was $82! I was shocked and then presented $10 off coupon and then he said well "I guess I can give you a discount and then it was $61. so I go get in my car and there is no window sticker, I go back in and he says oh my bad, hands me a sticker that said 13300 on it but my car has 124,000 miles..oh well. I decided to check the oil after that and sure enough 2 quarts low!! I will never go back!!!
An hour to get my car into a bay after 2 bays were open for at least 20 min. An hour and a half for an oil change and $86 dollars later for a full synthetic when it was on the board for $74 and that was with a discount. Never again will I visit this location
There were a lot of people ahead of me I figured it would be awhile. Got an oil change, tires,fluids check, and they unkinked my washer fluid hose and I was out the door in 30 minutes! Thank you guys u did a great job today!!
Forty five minutes for an oil change when I was the first one there. Tried to sell me everything in the book even after I politely declined several times (probably because I'm a woman) because I noticed he didn't try to sell the two men who came in after me a darn thing.
