I have previously seen both the female and male doctors at this office, and they were exceptional and very detailed. Unfortunately, my experience today with the male PA was very disappointing. Patients come from different educational and medical backgrounds, and a basic part of healthcare should be making patients feel comfortable asking questions. Long wait! Waited over an hour! How come our time is not respected when it comes to see a doctor!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! Plus, the dr. Doesn’t wear Dr.’s uniform! Is that new trend or protocol now?
