I am amazed at the amount of personal attention that I received while at Mr. Gordons. It is a great feeling anytime a person is able to deal with a business that genuinely cares about its customers. I will definitely recommend Ben Gordon in the future because of his ability to go the extra mile and make a customer completely understand his business while feeling comfortable at the same time. I wanted to thank you and your wife for the lovely experience that I had while appraising the ring that I brought to you. Your appraisal saved me the $ 8250.00 that I paid for the ring.
