I made an appointment to see the “Jewelry Judge”, Ben Carson on Saturday morning and was able to secure a time slot that same afternoon. I went with my fiancee and we were greeted by a lady who went through the step by step process with us. She was kind and informative. She asked us if we had the GIA certification with us and was told to not show Mr. Carson until he was finished the appraisal. Great Experience! We read such great reviews on line and figured this was our best bet for jewelry appraisal. We brought in a number of old family pieces we weren't sure about. The whole "team" was welcoming, professional and just made us feel at home. Ben (Mr. Gordon) was delightful and informative as he got down to business. Mr. Gordon and Mary appraised and set my center stone for my 5 year anniversary and it was the best outcome imaginable. They were so professional, courteous, kind, and extremely knowledgable. They are the BEST!

I could not have been more pleased with how my appraisal with Mr. Gordon went. Very professional, extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. A very welcoming atmosphere. Great rates, resized the ring, shined it. It looked brand new. My fiancée was absolutely stunned at how amazing the ring looked. Thank you Mr. Gordon for a great jewelry appraisal experience. Everyone in the small office was so kind and accommodating. We arrived early and they were able to see us no questions asked. There are Saturday hours which made it so convenient for us. They were remodeling when we went but were able to address our needs and answer all questions we had. My fiancé and I went there with the newely given ring and needed an appraisal for insurance. The office is a small, intimate setting and you can tell the team has worked together for a while, they are like a little family. Ben is an energetic and charming former New Yorker who displays an easy, playful passion for his work and it is clear he is an expert, once you sit down with him. Today I took my old and new bridal sets and my daughter's new engagement ring to Ben Gordon for appraisal for insurance purposes. He and his apprentice, Carol, were very professional and delightful.
