Everyone in the office is very professional and personable. They look time to explain the entire process and I was impressed that both Ben and Mary reviewed my bracelet and independently arrived at the same conclusion. The appraisal report was very detailed and the entire experience was exceptional. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this team - excellent!

Fantastic Experience. I needed two watches appraised for insurance. I called, made a same day appointment, and was met by Linda G. at the door. She was really kind and knowledgable. I then went through the appraisal process with Mary, who was very thorough, organized, and kind. Ben G. was also there and collaborated with Mary through the process. This appraisal office is incredible. Not only are they fair and honest, they are FUN. Great experience all around.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Gordon and his staff today while having two pieces appraised. He was so personable! He explained every aspect of the apprasial process and I was in the room the entire time. Mr. Gordon identified a loose stone during the examination. I was able to have the loose stone repaired and both pieces polished before my departure!! The prices were very readable for the quality of service received. Thank you again Mr. Gordon!!

I took 3 items to be appraised , and had GIA certification for 2 of them. Ben and Mary were practically spot on compared to the GIA certifications. I was impressed, and the process itself was really interesting to watch. Everyone was very friendly and processional, and I would highly recommend them.

Selected Ben to have an out of state stone shipped to for evaluation prior to buying! The seller felt comfortable with an independent person and so did I - he is incredible in his knowledge and experience, truthful, honest, pleasant, and extremely accurate and helpful! A pure pleasure to have as an ally in the jewelry world - I hope I have the opportunity to work with him even more in the future!
