Ben is the best. I went in with a bunch of estate stuff (basically didn't know what I had) and Ben went through all of it and efficiently separated the things with value from the trash. He treated every piece like it belonged with the crown jewels. The customer service is over the top. Would definitely go back in the future.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Ben, Mrs. Gordon, and Kristi! My fiance' and I had her engagement ring appraised, and the entire process was very enjoyable and informative. After cleaning and inspecting the diamond and its setting, Ben and Kristi each gave their appraisals. After which, they then compared those to the AGS certification (which they did not look at beforehand) for the diamond. Their assessments matched or very nearly matched everything from AGS. So I don't know a lot about diamonds, and I went out and bought a ring for my girlfriend. I bring it home and my parents ask me for the paper work and all they gave me was a bill of sale. I didn't know diamonds needed to come with paper work. After reading reviews for Ben &his staff, I decided to have a couple of rings appraised for insurance. Making an appointment online was so easy and a reminder was sent to me via email. I was greeted by Kristi upon arriving and after finishing a bit of paperwork, I was taken into their office to begin the appraisals. Ben and Kristi were very informative and professional. I took my diamond engagement ring to Jewelry Judge Ben Gordon for an appraisal. He was fast, informative and amiable. He explained the process and allowed me to sit next to him and observe everything. After he was done, I received a cleaning kit, the appraisal and photos of my ring that I can send to my friends and family. I would recommend his services to any one looking to have their jewelry appraised.

My fiance' and I went a couple months ago. Ben and his wife were helpful, informative and professional. He took his time explaining everything to us, step by step, and answered all our question.
