Horrible not worth $13 didn't even wash the back windshield left soap down side of the car and didn't even clean tires .. Never again

I ran my truck through the wash and the system failed and shut down causing my truck to hit the car in front of mine, no fault of either car it was to their system not having adequate stop measures in place incase of a failure in operation they failed to be willing to take responsibility for damage to cars and was very rude and refused to give information on who to call
This is the worst car wash I have ever been to, paid for a 13 dollar car wash came out with soap and green water all over it, thought I had sprung a leak in my radiator. I asked for another rinse and believe it or not he said no. Would not recommend to any one, very rude!!!!!!
This car wash ripped the bumper totally off my car. When i tried to make reasonable settlement . He told me the car has previous damage and he did not give a fuck what i had to do to repair my car. I am in the process of taking him to small claims court.
This car wash is terrible !! They damage your car & then don't want to fix it .I just had a friend report that it ripped off her bumper. my roof rack was damaged months ago and they refuse to fix it .I am boycotting this poorly managed business and would like others to do the same until they change their ways.
Tore the rear bumper right off my car today and bent it to an L shape. When I told them what happened they said they saw a flash and that I must have previous damage. Supposedly someone will review the tapes and get back with me the settle it. We will see. Now my bumper pops off and drags the ground! Thank a lot guys!!! NOT. BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!
