Worst customer service I've ever seen turned off dryers with out letting me know after I bought the highest car was they had will never go back there again and it's the new one zips car wash
I paid for the most expensive carwash and then was told I could not wait to use the "free" vaccume because they are to busy and if I tried to wait they would call the police. NEVER EVER go here. There is a new car wash right down the road that has plenty of vaccumes and is easier to get into and out of. Go there.
This is the worst car wash I have ever been too. Manage extremely rude and unprofessional. Several scratches on my brand new care. Will never use again. Would not recommend this place at all.
Over half the vacuums don't work. The management and staff are rude and disrespectful
Multiple issues. Never open when they say they are. Shut down vacuums before last cars go through the wash. Refused to tape down rear windshield wiper. Manager asks "why do you need me name" when asking who I am speaking with when called to let them know about damage to rear windshield wiper. Terrible customer service and terrible wash.
I'm still in shock!! I paid for a car wash as well as armorall and park my jeep ready to vacuum when the worker walks right to the vacuum I'm about to use and takes it apart. I said I was about to use that! He goes we are closed! I said I just bought a wash and if you were closing why did you take my money? He was said I could return tomorrow. I said I'll never return ever again!! He then goes to two other cars ready to vacuum as well. He was very disrespectful and by the way that man was acting I'm sure the worker was ugly ... read more
