As usual I got an excellent service which is the only type of service you get if you visit Dr. Nakamura dental office in Tracy. No detail is left unchecked, all is done in the most professional and friendly manner. I left the office very happy and with a nostalgia that, in a world where (I feel) the quality of service is going down, there are places like Dr. Mitoma & Nakamura dental office where excellence prevails.
If it can be said that a trip to the dentist was fantastic, then I would say it about this trip. Thanks.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly and called me by name as soon as I walked in the door. The hygienist called my name in a very short time. The entire process of the xrays and exam were thoroughly explained to me and all my questions were answered. The checkup went very well and Dr. Nakamura explained every step in detail. I can't say enough about how wonderful this dental practice and all the staff are. Both the dentists are gentle, professional and proficient. All the staff, dentists, assistants, hygienists, & office mgr are friendly, take time to explain the procedure, ensuring you understand and are comfortable. They are educated on the latest dental techniques and materials. I just underwent yet another root canal on an upper back molar, where access can be tough.
