I have been a pt of this practice for many many years and have always received excellent care and service. The entire staff are very professional, friendly, and compassionate. The office atmosphere is quite comfortable and very well kept. I have a 15 yr. background myself working as a dental asst., as well as front-office mgr., therefore am a bit critical. It's strange, but I really enjoy my dental visits. The entire staff makes it fun, and they do a great job.
while a crown a nd two cavities can be a stressful situation for me I must say this was the best experience ever.. the chair was tough but when I left and the novacain wore off. ... I never new I had work done ... thats right! NO PAIN at all ....not even soreness..... you were awesome and I never write revews or surveys but this was worth writing about! thanks a mllion!
The fact that I was texted, emailed, voice mailed and requested that confirmation be submitted to insure I was going to make the appointment (which I did and on time) I still ended up waiting 25 plus minutes before I saw the doctor. My time is valuable too. Aside from that I am very pleased with the Doctors and the staff! As close to pain free as you can get and, hey, isn't that what it's all about?
Always a painless appointment at the dentist. A warm, friendly staff.
Everything was great she don't a great job on cleaning my teeth!!! ????
