Rude and condescending. Nurse Polk walked into room without introducing herself and immediately began chastising patient for scheduling appointment (even though appointment was scheduled according to hospital discharge instructions.) Nurse Polk made the visit unnecessarily stressful. This nurse was dismissive of and disinterested in patient's concerns.
Clean, very friendly the right kind of atmosphere. My experience was great.
